We use only the highest quality products and equipment to ensure your dog's safety and satisfaction.

First time at Wet Nose?
No problem, your dog may of had 100 grooms with your previous groomer, or this maybe the first time getting groomed. Even the happiest and most confident dogs can be a little unsure about new people, new places and those scary baths!
Our recommendation for your first visit to Wet Nose is book for a bath and tidy, but, ask for a full groom. What this means is, we will do our best to give your a dog a full groom but if he or she is stressed, anxious or just not having a good time, we will not push through to "just get it done", like many other groomers do.
It may be that we have to get the full groom done over one or two appointments.

There will be and extra fee for excessive matting charged at our discretion - minimum charge of $10)
Late arrivals & pick ups:
As we like to keep our day running smoothly, we do ask that you can be on time for you appointment, if you are going to be more than 5 mins late, we ask that you contact us ASAP, more than 10 minutes late will incur a further $10 and $5 per every 5 minutes after.
We will send you an SMS with a time your dog will be ready to pick up, any later than 30mins will incur an extra cost charged at our discretion, unless otherwise arranged.
Cancelations:
We require 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel your appointment.
Any cancellation made on the day of the appointment or with less than 24 Hours notice will result in an invoice being issued for %50 of the grooming price.

Grooming Jargon
Bath & Tidy
A bath and tidy includes a bath, blow dry, brush, nail trim and a scissor cut around the face and bum.

Full Groom
A full groom includes a bath, blow dry, nail trim, full body length trim including sanitary areas.

Desensitization
Desensitization is something many other groomers do not offer, we offer this service as nothing upsets us more than seeing a stressed it anxious dog this service is just a bath and towel dry with extra time allowed to just hang out with us, create a bond with our groomer, explore the environment, play with toys and get use to the noises in the salon
we limit this to no more than one hour.
if you book this service, generally we can tell from the behavior and body language of your dog how long it would be before we can groom them without any issues.
